  5. Niršanas tehnika vai citas, kas ir arī terapeitiskas, jo aizturot elpu, pēcāk smadzenes uzņem dubultvairāk skābekļa, kā rezultātā, tas palīdz smadzenēm attīstīties. Maziem bērniem izmanto speciālu elpošanas sistēmu, lai aizturētu viņiem elpu uz īsu laiku, un ik pēc 5min lieka atkal! Smadzenēm pieplūst vairāk skābekļa!

  7. Kad sajūtu bailes, diskomfortu, kautrību, dusmas, apjukumu, neziņu uc.

    Piefiksēju, kas ir šo sajūtu izcelsmes objekts/notikums. Tad atrodu

    vidi/notikumu, kurā šīs sajūtas sevī varu izprovocēt tā, lai tās

    neapdraud ikdienas svarīgos notikumus. Tad ļoti labi var ieraudzīt uz

    kurieni manas emocijas grib mani vest.

    Kad vairākas reizes izeju caurī šīm emocijām saglabājot

    apzinātību, smadzenēm ir daudz vieglāk strādāt, jo emocionālais

    šķērslis ir krietni vājāks.

    Un tad caur laiku, sākumā minētās - "bailes, diskomfortu, kautrību,

    dusmas, apjukumu, neziņu uc." pārvēršas par - izpratni,

    izaicinājumu, ieklausīšanos, enerģiju, radošumu, zinātkāri...

  8. Palīdz saprast svarīgākos sķēršļus, un ir iespējama analīze par jau esošajām problēmām. Ar laiku saglabājas daudz matereālu, no kuriem var secināt kā veicies līdz šim. Skistākās domas saglabājas un ir prieks, ka tās esi radījis Tu pats.

  10. Apguļos, uzlieku austiņas, atslābinos un klausos šos ritmus un toņus kopā ar fona skaņām - tropiskām okeāna viļņu vai upes skaņām, u.tml.

  13. Puzļu likšana ir smadzeņu treniņš gan pieaugušajiem, gan bērniem. Šī nodarbe attīsta pacietību, uzlabo loģisko domāšanu, veicina negatīvo domu izkliedēšanu, kā arī stresa noņemšanu!

  14. Mana vecmāmiņa man šodien izstāstīja ieteikumu atmiņas uzlabošanai, ko esot stāstījis viens no Latvijas ārstiem. Viņš ieteica studentiem atmiņas uzlabošanai norunāt trīs tikšanās ar trīs meitenēm, trīs dažādās vietās un trīs dažādos laikos. :)

  15. Labs ieteikums, kas strādā! Lasi, Platonu vai kādu citu sengrieķu filosofu darbus, lasi, piemēram, psiholoģijas vēsturi. Lasi sarežģītus, bet gudrus tekstus vai gudru cilvēku rakstītus darbus, pat tad, kad tos nesaproti. Tas palīdz attīstīt smadzeņu funkcionēšana spējas un cilvēki ziņo, ka pēc trīs mēnešu tādas intensīvas lasīšanas būtiski uzlabojas informācijas apstrādes potenciāls.

  20. Nav nozīmes vai vienkārši "apciemo" zirgu stalli vai nopietni esi darbā ar tiem.
    Pat elementāra glaudīšana, priecāšanās un kārumu došana tiem- ārkārtīgi nomierina un atslābina.
    Vislabāk,ja zirgs tiek ņemts treniņā. Treniņa laikā Tu nedomā par neko citu,kā tikai par zirgu. Pēc treniņa-galva ir tīra, vari atsākt dienā nepabeigtos darbus,atrisināt neatrisinātas problēmas. Uz lietām skaties ar citu skatījumu. Ir svaiga domāšana.
    Tiešām-iesaku pamēģināt un piefiksēt izmaiņas savā galvā!
