    3. Nākamās minūtes laikā elpojiet lēni un dziļi. Izelpojot atcerieties, ka jums nekas nav jāmaina vai jādara. Neuztraucaties par domām, kas jums šajā brīdī ienāk prātā.

    4. Ieklausieties skaņās visapkārt. Nemēģiniet noteikt, kas tās ir par skaņām, tikai klausieties. Fiksējiet klusuma brīžus skaņu starplaikos. Tad vēlreiz pievērsiet uzmanību tam kā jūtas jūsu ķermenis un lēnām atveriet acis.

  8. Iespējami daudz uzturēties labi vēdinātās telpās, kā arī iespēja vajadzības gadījumā kaut vai uz 5min iziet svaigā gaisā ātrā solī vai vismaz pastāvēt pie atvērta loga - tās ir lietas, kas patiešām palīdz koncentrēties un justies labāk.

  17. Nav nozīmes vai vienkārši "apciemo" zirgu stalli vai nopietni esi darbā ar tiem.
    Pat elementāra glaudīšana, priecāšanās un kārumu došana tiem- ārkārtīgi nomierina un atslābina.
    Vislabāk,ja zirgs tiek ņemts treniņā. Treniņa laikā Tu nedomā par neko citu,kā tikai par zirgu. Pēc treniņa-galva ir tīra, vari atsākt dienā nepabeigtos darbus,atrisināt neatrisinātas problēmas. Uz lietām skaties ar citu skatījumu. Ir svaiga domāšana.
    Tiešām-iesaku pamēģināt un piefiksēt izmaiņas savā galvā!
